Clean Eating Broccoli Salad

Enjoy this easy recipe to add some raw greens to your plate! 

Clean Eating Broccoli Salad...
You'll love it!
Raw & Organic Goods
1 Big Bunch of Broccoli
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion

Dressing --
Homemade Vegan Mayo

1/2 Cup Safflower Oil
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Soy or Rice Milk
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch of Ground Mustard

Whisk dressing ingredients
together. (If you don't feel like making your own dressing just pick up a jar of vegan mayo or just a high quality, clean oil-based mayo)

Pour dressing over raw goods. 

Stir all together....dressing will soak into the broccoli concoction so it's barely visible.  


Simple and extremely tasty!

Only ingredient that I am missing is the red onion...
After all, everything is prettier with a splash of purple!
